Unlike Overlay Carriage House, which uses separate overlay pieces, Shoreline features a complete wood-look finish with non-repeating grain patterns created through a three-step process: selecting premium lumber for texture templates, scanning with high-resolution equipment to capture authentic grain patterns, and applying the finish section by section.

This creates one of the most realistic faux-wood garage doors available, with a texture and appearance virtually indistinguishable from real wood.

CHI Shoreline is available in 8 Accents Woodtones finishes that replicate popular wood species: Walnut (rich dark brown), Driftwood (weathered gray-brown), Mahogany (reddish-brown), Cedar (natural warm tone), Dark Oak (deep brown), Natural Oak (light honey), Carbon Oak (charcoal-toned wood), and additional premium finishes. Insulated versions use CFC-free polystyrene or polyurethane between 27-gauge steel layers. The polyurethane option delivers the highest R-value (R-17.54) for superior energy efficiency, temperature control, and sound dampening.
